About

I am a Ph.D. Candidate in Agricultural and Resource Economics at the University of California, Davis. My research focuses on environmental regulation, agricultural production, and externalities, with an emphasis on how policy interventions shape land use decisions and grower behavior.

My job market paper examines the effects of Pierce’s Disease on the spatial patterns of grape production. I also have a coauthored working paper that received a reject & resubmit decision from *JAERE*, and I am currently developing a third project on the Methyl Bromide ban and its implications for the strawberry industry.

I hold two separate bachelor's degrees in Economics and Mathematics from China University of Political Science and Law, and a Master’s degree in Economics from Duke University.
